The Study On The Work Enthusiasm Of Law Enforcement Officers In Primary Safety Supervision

This article takes law enforcement officers in primary safety supervision as the object of study,chooses "the working enthusiasm of the staff evaluation questionnaire" as the basis to modify and develop the questionnaire,selects the law enforcement personnel in safety supervision at the county level and below in Quanzhou as a sample,to investigate the enthusiasm of the staff.The finding is concluded that the work enthusiasm of the basic safety supervision law enforcement personnel in Quanzhou is although at the grass-roots level,but only the medium.and the degree of the work vitality is low.After that,on the basis of this finding,this article carrys out descriptive analysis and Variance analysis about the relationship between the factors involved in the questionnaire and the basic safety supervision of law enforcement personnel’s work enthusiasm,to find out the influence factors related to job enthusiasm.Based on data analysis and relevant literature,this article analyse and summarize the influence factors of work enthusiasm from professional environment,professional ability,professional risk,task difficulty,working conditions and development opportunities,to proposes countermeasures from the demographic variables and the influence factors of work enthusiasm.From the perspective of demography,increase the focus on youth safety staff,be attention to the cultivation of young cadres,protect and guide staff work enthusiasm.From the perspective of the influence factors of work enthusiasm,paying attention to combine with the basic characteristics and practical work,formulating scientific,reasonable and effective incentive measures,will have a more powerful influence to stimulate work enthusiasm.This paper takes regional samples as the medium,and through the study and analysis of the related factors,puts forward corresponding suggestions,in order to become a useful reference for improving the work enthusiasm of the safety supervision law enforcement officers at the grass-roots level.
