Since entering the 21st century.with the development of market economy.the competition between enterprises has been more and more spirited.And in the enterprise competition, the safety management has raised more and more recognition and attention. Very high risk of oil industry caused for much attention on how to over the security problems.and it also makes the oil industry searched some ways in how to prevent risks, and ensure safety. In today’s society, safety requirements, like other requirements, gradually caused more and more attention.The attention makes companies have a certain economic investment on security.Now we are in the period of large-scale construction in our country. As a result of the limitation of productivity level and the employees,oil industry accidents frequently, making its security problems catched by the general attention, at last it was becoming an important factor restricting the development of oil industry. Production safety involves not only people’s health, social harmonious stability, it is the important guarantee of national economy development. According to the data statistics and analysis, the main causes of the accident is due to the unsafe behavior of people, lack of safety knowledge, lack of safety consciousness, safety habits bad problems were frequent in the petroleum enterprise employees.To improve the safety knowledge of petroleum enterprise staff, improve safety consciousness, change safety attitudes, enhance safety skills, we can do something through training to improve production safety, not only improve the present situation of production safety, also fundamentally prevent the happening of the accident.This article not only analyzed the petroleum enterprise safety production training demand. also borrows experience from other areas and developed countries, combining the characteristics of organization of the petroleum enterprise in China,then puts forward the proposals could be operated, and designed a set of including petroleum enterprises in the use of different management levels, including the enterprise management, basic operation zone, and about personnel training system, mainly involving oil enterprise safety production training way, petroleum enterprise safety production training system and related assessment method. Finally, the paper adopts the Kirkpatrick evaluation model, from the knowledge of production safety, reaction layer, behavior layer and layer as a result, the petroleum enterprise safety production training by adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative means, for oil production safety training plan of the enterprise performance evaluation, in this paper, the research work on improving our country petroleum enterprise safety production training level has important value..
