Oil refining processing belongs to the typical dangerous chemicals industry,because the factory materials are inflammable and explosive, so the production storage devices are all closed operation, the refinery in daily safety management mainly tend to prevent material leakage, in order to avoid the fire explosion accident caused by oil leakage. Yet after crude oil into the device, pass through distillation, catalytic cracking, hydrogenation and fractionation, etherification,Klaus oxidation and other processes, involving multiple independent control of operating units, and each unit has associated pipelines, under normal conditions, it maintain the normal flow of material by the power source and stop valve isolation facilities such as pump and compressor, if under the abnormal working conditions,the power source and stop valve isolation facilities are out of working, The unit material may go into other low voltage system because of its own pressure difference, caused "Channeling line" accident.Based on the 1.2 million tons/year high sulfur heavy oil comprehensive utilization joint device, through analyzing the distribution of historical process accident, concluding "Channeling line" accident cause, to making risk analysis in all associated parts where easy to occur "Channeling line" accident, to repaint technology principle flow diagram in key parts of the accident risk, using the HAZOP analysis method to identify the specific "Channeling line" situation, and put forward reliable countermeasures and management to strengthen process safety accident prevention.
