| Diamond saw blade is widely used in marble, granite, concrete and other hard brittle materials processing.The tendency of diamond saw blade is thin,diamond saw blade diameter-thick ratio is generally more than 200, belongs to the typical ultra-thin parts.The axial vibration and noise are produced in the working process of diamond saw blade,Research shows that open silencer on diamond saw blade can effectively reduce noise.In view of the current existing problems, diamond circular saw bladewith ear-shape silencing seams vibration and acoustic radiation characteristics were studied.Research on vibration and acoustic radiation of diamond saw blade by using the method of simulation analysis of FEM/BEM.The research content is to solve the modal characteristics of diamond saw blades based on the Lanczos and modal experiment, Through modal superposition method to solve the diamond circular saw blade vibration response, Meanwhile, the vibration velocity response of the diamond circular saw blade is mapped to the boundary element mesh, the acoustic field of diamond circular saw blade can be solved by using the boundary element method,The active design of diamond saw blade is founded.Research shows that:(1) the diamond saw blades have intensive mode, the contribution of the vibration quantity is axial vibration modes>radial mode> circumferential modes,diamond circular saw blade finite element model is established, through the modal experiment to prove the validity of the numerical simulation analysis of diamond circular saw blade, which shows that the reliability of the experimental test and numerical simulation;(2) contrast diamond circular saw bladetoiamond circular saw bladewith ear-shape silencing seams,the reason why diamond circular saw blade with ear-shape silencing seams can reduce the vibration and noise is:large noise radiation area of the overall vibration mode is replaced by small noise radiation area local of vibration mode;(3) Multi-objective optimization was applied to the integrated optimization design of diamond circular saw bladewith ear-shape silencing seamsand obtained three kinds of optimization solution, three kinds of optimization structure improves rigidity and decreases the deformation than initial structure; (4)the most significant segments of three kinds of optimization structureof acoustic radiation are 1250Hz~2000Hz frequency, modal vibration mode in the band more complex,the significantmodal are nodal diameter modal and nodal circle modal, Ear-shape silencing seams opened in nodal circle position slits vibration mode, which is good for reducing vibration and noise.In this paper, vibration and acoustic radiation properties of diamond circular saw blade are studied from the angle of the combination of frequency domain and time domain.whichprovide a theoretical basis for further research on the diamond circular saw blade noise caused by vibration, Introducing multi-objective optimization method for the diamond circular saw blade design. |
