Diamond circular saw blade is widely used in the stone industry and it is themost important cutting tool during the stone machining. Diamond saw blade has alarge radius-thickness ratio which makes it one of the typical thin plate tools. In orderto save the stone resources and reduce the pollution, ultra-thin diamond saw blade isthe main direction of development. Due to its low lateral stiffness, the saw bladecauses large deformation, severe vibrations and loud noise, which lead to the lowerquality of the plate, the faster abrasion of the segments and a shorter life of the sawblade. How to control the deformation of the saw blade and reduce its cutting noise tostabilize the saw blade has been an important topic in the stone machining area.In the thesis, model of Diamond circular saw blade-The auxiliary supportmechanism was built in the ANSYS. By applying a constant amplitude harmonicexcitation to Blade model, the blade horizontal vibration displacement amplitudeunder Different stiffness and viscous damping parameters auxiliary support was got.By contrasted the analysis of blade vibration amplitude, conclusion which is useful tothe actual project was got. In addition, on the basis of laboratory predecessors,auxiliary support mechanism was designed and improved. According to theexperimental requirements, the system which acquire signal of saw blade vibrationamplitude and the deflection force was built. Research on different stiffness, differentcontact surface hardness and thickness, as well as single and multi-point controllingof the saw blade transverse deformation after installing auxiliary support mechanism.Under static conditions, acceleration sensors and hammer was using to collect thepieces of the saw blade in various auxiliary support agencies parameters underfrequency characteristic curve, and prove some conclusions of the simulation analysis.Finally, eddy current sensor was used to collect several groups amplitude of thevibration of the saw blade cutting granite process under Different Cutting parameters.the signal collected was Processed and analyzed to observe the actual effects ofreducing vibration.
