With the improvement of living standards, human payed more attention to clothing thermal and moisture comfort, foot hyperhidrosis, a special group, has attracted more and more attention in various fields, their fee t will be sweating inexplicable, it’s affect their lives. This paper will put the foot sweating as the breakthrough point and design insoles, research on it’s thermal and moisture comfort.This paper used Factor analysis to study on the surface fabric ’s physical properties, evaluated the thermal and moisture comfort of the insoles’ surface fabric. Designed insoles that based on foot hyperhidrosis, build a simple combination of measurement equipment of heat and moisture to measure combined insoles’ thermal and moisture. Subjective evaluation of combined shoe pad, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to analyze the results of subjective experiment. According to the physical performance and subjective evaluation score of the composite insoles, establish prediction model equations of physical performance and subjective evaluation. Specific contents are as follows:First, in view of the foot hyperhidrosis, choose 10 kinds of the surface fabric in cotton, hemp and blended, testing the physical properties and therma l-wet comfort, physical properties including: thickness, compactness, permeability resistance, abrasion resistance, heat resistance, wet resistance, moisture permeability, w ater conductivity, quick absorption time. Used factor analysis to analysis the thermal- wet comfort of physical index, get 3 points include wet comfort factor, air comfort factor and thermal comfort factor. Using grey correlation degree analysis to sorted the thermal and moisture comfort of the 10 kinds of surface fabrics. Evaluated the thermal wet comfort of the 2 kinds of bottom fabric through measurement.Secondly, in order to design the foot sweating insole, through the analysis of the heat and moisture of the fabric and the fabric on the market, designed 20 combined shoe pads for foot hyperhidrosis and high humidity. Build a simple foot sweating equipment to simulate the actual state of the sweating foot in a shoe, analysis the heat transfer and moisture transfer performance of the insoles. through temperature difference and humidity difference. Used subjective experiment to analysis the combined shoe pads, get the optimal combination arrangement, suitable for use in high humidity conditions.In the end, use the temperature difference and humidity difference of the combined insoles which test by simple foot sweating equipment as independent variable, used the score of subjective comfort evaluation of combined insoles as dependent variable, to analyze the correlation between the subjective evaluation and overall hyperhidrosis insole physical properties, got the linear model of the fabrics’ physical properties and subjective comprehensive evaluation by using multiple linear regression analysis. In the combined insoles, Pure ramie fabric- activated carbon fabric- cotton drop plastic fabric has good thermal and moisture comfort properties, suitable for use under high humidity condition. And the validity of the model is verified.This paper designed insoles based on foot hyperhidrosis, established the evaluation method of foot sweat insoles, apply for patent of foot hyperhidrosis’ insoles, designed insoles to help hyperhidrosis solve troubles in life, at the same time, it also provides scientific basis for the production of the shoes.
