| In the contemporary society,leisure,health,sports have become a new kind of habits and customs,people pay more and more attention in the field of sports,with the functional requirements of sports underwear and outwear is higher and higher,staying clothing dry and comfort in the movement process become a focus in the study of sportswear,thus moisture-wicking fabric arises at the historic moment,the study of its performance has important and far-reaching significance.This basic performance of Bramante fiber and ordinary viscose fiber were made a contrast and analysis in the topic,including fracture strength,moisture absorption and desorption,infrared spectrum analysis,and concluded that Bramante fiber has good hygroscopicity characteristics.And Bramante fiber and cotton fiber were blended into four different proportions of blended yarn,and the stretching,wear-resisting,hairiness,the evenness and the moisture absorption and desorption of blended yarn were studied,finally the structure model was established by analytic hierarchy process for each measured performance index,and comprehensive evaluation was carried out to obtain the best blending ratio.The overall yarn performance was best when the Bramante fiber content is 20% by judging.The above four kinds of ratio blended yarns were knitted with “+”-shaped cross-section polyester filaments,and three different kinds of knitted fabric structure were designed,in order to realize the specific performance of fabric.The mechanical properties of the fabric,including bursting performance,tensile properties,abrasion resistance,rigid flexible properties and drape performance were tested.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate fabric under the mechanical performance index,found that mechanical properties of honeycomb tissue fabric were relatively better than the other two kinds of organizational structures.The comprehensive and specific research on the hot and humid comfort was used to study the moisture perspiration of fabrics.The thermal wet comfort of fabric was divided into wet comfort and thermal comfort.In terms of wet comfort,the subject mainly studied the hygroscopicity,air permeability,moisture conductivity,moisture permeability,quick-drying,and wettability of the fabric.The thermal comfort performance was mainly tested and analyzed on the heat transfer performance index of the fabric.A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was appliedto the moisture permeability of the fabrics,and the appropriate weights for each index were set up.A total of 12 fabrics of the three organizations were sorted.It was found that honeycomb fabric with 20% Bramante fiber content had the best the moisture permeability,and the moisture permeability of the honeycomb tissue was better than that of the rib structure and horizontal structure.The moisture permeability of the fabric was greatly affected by the fabric structure.Moisture wicking fabric which made from Bramante blended yarns and profiled cross-section polyester filaments not only had the function of rapid moisture conduction,but also had the characteristics of quick-drying and cooling.It was ideal fabric for sportswear in summer. |
