Buryat Mongolia is a very old nation in China and Russia, and it can be said a branch of the Mongolian in terms of history. On the one hand Buryat Mongolia of China isolated from Buryat Mongolia of Russia, on the other hand they have a common history and culture, but due to differences in living environment, they show some differences in the development of the Buryat family inheritance constantly changing. This nation lived a gregarious and nomadic life with other ethnic groups for hundreds of years. They have a profound historical culture, which reflect on costumes and folk culture is unique ethnic customs. In designing and manufacturing of Mongolian costumes for reference and inheritance, they joined their wisdom to carry on the innovation. China and Russia Buryat Mongolia costumes especially female costumes are elegant with unique styles and behind of the clothing culture also contains a profound ethnic backgrounds and historical heritage. The environment of Plateau inland, the different temperature between day and night and the development of animal husbandry, makes the Buryat Mongolia women’s clothing designed with robes, dress waist separation and cuff width as the main characteristics. Also under the influence of unique folk culture and religious culture, the clothing is designed with nine block division and painted with the unique national pattern. The dress worn by women in different social identity is not the same. China and Russia Buryat Mongolia has many special meaning of festival on national holidays, including worship, religious activities and all kinds of celebration activities. In this grand festival, the female will wear exquisite traditional costumes to participate in activities whether married or unmarried. And in Buryat Mongolia traditional wedding, it has complicated procedures and rituals. In every step of the wedding, the dress that Buryat Mongolia bride wore is not the same also has different meanings and exquisite, and it is the embodiment of the social identity and the conversion of the role in life. Of course, the production process of the dress is cumbersome, and the manufacturing process is also varied. Different production processes has strict procedures, requires careful and careful, and it is indispensable. Now, with the continuous development of social economy, the mode of production also changed. On the one hand, China and Russia Buryat Mongolia women’s apparel in the aspects of material, style, and color and production process has taken place in the many changes, and reflects the era of times.
