The Dauer International Nature Reserve of China-Russian-Mongolian(CMR)established in 1994.The three protected areas—China's Dalai Lake National Nature Reserve,Mongolia's Daouer National Nature Reserve and Russia's Dawersk National Nature Reserve are all in the common border areas of the three countries. They are geographically connected to each other and have similar habitats. The research on the area is conducive to strengthening the protection of biodiversity and promoting the exchange of international nature conservation. The outstanding ecological problems faced by the region is the wetland degradation.Grasp the process of the wetland degradation and clarifies the ecological security pattern of this region can provide important technical support for the coordinated development of regional resources and environment, and in this way,China can strive for the negotiations initiative in the international environmental performance.Which can not only improve the basic ability of emergency, cultivating on the management of regional environment, but also can solve the key bottlenecks in the development of science and technology in the regional environment, and effectively improve the national environment comprehensive decision-making ability. In this study,We make the China-Russian-Mongolian "CMR Daru" international important wetlands as a typical research area.Analysis the characteristics of temporal and spatial evolution of the regional wetland ecosystems over the past 60 years.Combining the remote sensing data and the meteorological data, refering to the regional natural environment and socio-economic characteristic. To study the distribution of grassland wetland and the response mechanism with the meteorological factors.and establish a relevant statistical model. The result shows that:(1)From 1959 to 2015,the trend of the day average temperature, the annual maximum temperature and the lowest temperature in the study area are increased, and the daily precipitation in 1978~1996 is increased than 1959~1977,and then decreased after 1997;(2)From 1954 to 2015,the total area of wetland in the study area increased first and then decreased and totally decreased, reduced by 1094.05km2,and the sand land totally increased by 2545.84km2.The change of the wetland area is mainly distributed in the area of Xin Dalai Lake(Xinkai Lake)in northeastern Dalai Lake Nature Reserve. The area of sand area is mainly distributed in the new Baerhu Zuoqi;(3)The influence of meteorological factors on the dynamic change of wetland in the study area is mainly reflected in the change of the maximum temperature and precipitation in April to September: the wetland in the area is increased, the sand in the area is reduced, the maximum temperature rise and precipitation decrease,The highest temperature index and the wetland change rate were significant at 0.011 level, and the change rate of sandy land was significant at 0.014 level. And On the contrary, when the wetland area was reduced and the sandy land in the area is increased, the maximum temperature rise and precipitation decreased,The change rate of the wetland and the change rate of the precipitation was significant at 0.016 level, and the change rate of sandy land was significant at 0.017 level.
