With the progress of science and technology, People pursuit a better quality of life, Electronic product function is getting stronger and stronger, but the cost is getting lower and lower. The renewal of electronic products faster and faster. At the same time, discarded electronic products-----Electronic waste is also worse than before. Serious environmental pollution problems plagued the world.Which is related to human survival and development.Through the technical value of dual representation in this paper..Find out technical value duality causes. Use the method of technology、law、ethics solve the problem.The thesis consists of seven chapters. The first chapter is the introduction outlines the background of this study, topics of significance, research methodologies and innovations. The second chapter define the law concept of electronic wastes. Analysis the cause of the natural environment pollution caused by electronic waste.Points out that the electronic waste has the characteristics of resources and waste at the same time. Chapter three Analysis technical value duality theory. Chapter four exposit E-waste ecological negative value representation. Chapter five through the image analysis subject and object reason caused by e-waste ecological negative value.chapter six considering subject and object reason caused by e-waste ecological negative value. Using the method of technology law and ethics to resolve problem of electronic waste ecological negative value we believe that with the development of science and technology, the improvement of the law and the improvement in the recognition of people.In the future electronic waste not plagued humans as it is today.
