Cang Yi iron ore mining speed fast, long time exploitation, destruction of large areas, cause significant changes in the local topography, the destruction of the Cang Yi iron ore mine geological environment, resulting in serious social and economic problems, leaving the geological disaster, the damage to the regional ecological environment. Geological environment impact assessment can provide a useful reference for the similar mine geological environment restoration, in order to take the form of governance, the direction of the mine geological environment impact assessment and planning research has important practical significance.In this study, Cang Yi Iron Mine as research object. Through the collection of data and field survey, the research area of mining geological conditions, land use status, and land suitability evaluation. According to the data obtained from the geological environment impact assessment, based on the use of fuzzy evaluation method, hierarchical selection of representative evaluation indicators, the establishment of geological environment impact assessment index system. Using the principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the evaluation space and the evaluation criteria are established, and the membership functions are calculated. The weights of evaluation indexes are determined, and the fuzzy evaluation method is formed. According to different situation of land use planning and integrated management planning. The main conclusions of this study are:(1)Space damage Cang Yi iron ore characteristics have been found outPresent situation of geological environment analysis, the combined effects of various factors for severe, area of land subjected to pressure the total destruction, low coverage of vegetation, the slope of the volume, volume of collapse of the larger, more serious the ground collapse and a relatively dense cracks and relatively severe soil and water flow and land desertification development, along with the landscape fragmentation phenomenon and air pollutants exceeding the noise pollution, mining area geological environment impact is more serious.(2)The establishment of the Cang Yi iron ore geological environment impact assessment index systemAccording to the representative, comprehensive, practical and convenient principle, from resource damage intensity, geological disaster development strength, environmental pollution intensity of the three selected 14 evaluation indices, were quantitatively evaluated by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of Cang Yi iron ore area geological environment damage. The comprehensive evaluation of the effect of the geological environment is the comprehensive effect of the area of the first area, the area of the second and the third is the major.(3) The Cang Yi iron ore geological environment treatment planningPlanning mainly take following measures: open pit backfill,dump clearance and plots planning, use of the existing 17 row soil field of 20 large open-air pit backfill formation. Planning to set interception and drainage system to prevent soil erosion, planning design of water supply and drainage ditch, pond, drainage modulus calculation and drainage ditch horizontal,vertical section design. The prevention of landslide prevention, ground subsidence, planning and management of waste land occupied. The land reclamation, farmland protection and ecological conservation in mining area, and the dynamic monitoring and early warning system of mine geological environment are established.
