A Case Study On Ecological Environment Impact Assessment Of The General Land Use Planning

General land use planning is a leading plan and arrangement that is made in certain areas for land use in the future. And whether the drawing up of land use planning is reasonable has something to do with sustainable use in the region land. What' s more, Ecological Environment Impact Assessment of the General Land Use Planning can prevent or reduce disadvantageous influence on the regional environment from the source, and is indispensable during the course of the drawing up of land use planning. Even to this day, Chinese development on environment impact assessment lies in mainly construction projects, regional development, but to some degree, study on Ecological Environment Impact Assessment of the General Land Use Planning is not many in China. Then, how to make ecological environment impact assessment of the General land use planning is an urgent problem to deal with.On the basis of understanding the theory of the ecological environment impact assessment on the general land use planning, this paper takes Fujian province as a case study. After giving deep insight into the content of the new round general land use planning of Fujian Province, the paper sets up critical index system about assessment on the Ecological Environment Impact of the General Land Use Planning. Though using analytical hierarchy process, the paper compares the new and the last general land use planning in Fujian province. It is used for reference to new round general land use planning of Fujian Province and serves the construction of economic zone in western part of the Taiwan Straits and the social-economic development of Fujian Province.
