With the development of national industry and the rapid development of economy,a large amount of industrial sewage is discharged into rivers every day.The water environment is being seriously polluted.Therefore,the state has gradually introduced water environmental control policies to control water environmental pollution from the source,strengthen the supervision and management of sewage outlets into the river,protect water resources,ensure the safety of flood control and engineering facilities,and promote the sustainable use of water resources.According to relevant laws and regulations,it is necessary to scientifically demonstrate the setting of sewage outlet into the river.The reasonable arrangement of sewage outlets into the river is one of the important measures to improve the water environment and protect water resources.It plays an important role in maintaining the life and health of the river and promoting the construction of water ecological civilization.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research status of sewage outlet into the river,in view of the existing problems of sewage outlet into the river,shenyang chemical industry co.,ltd.into the river sewage outlet setup demonstration.Understand shenyang chemical industry limited company factory area is decorated above all,production technology,enter and exit water quality waits for basic circumstance.Then,through the analysis and comparison of the water quality monitoring at the sewage outlet into the river and the water quality monitoring at the downstream river,the relationship between the point source pollution status of the whole river and the carrying capacity of the river's carrying capacity is obtained,and whether the discharge within the carrying capacity of the water area can achieve the quality standard of the functional area is analyzed.Then it analyzes the source of waste water discharged by the company,the main pollutants contained in waste water and whether the discharge concentration and total amount meet the discharge standards.STREAMIX I model is used to predict water functional areas affected by its discharge.The effects of normal discharge and accident discharge on water functional area are discussed respectively.In normal discharge,COD and ammonia nitrogen are degraded through 8.24 km in fine Hanoi.At the time of accident discharge,COD and ammonia nitrogen were degraded at 4.69 km after the fine river merged into the hun river,and it was concluded that it had little impact on the water functional area.Then,based on the surrounding geological structure and groundwater flow direction of the sewage outlet,the water quality monitoring was carried out,and then the water quality model was used to predict the impact of the sewage outlet on the surrounding groundwater.The conclusion was that in both normal and abnormal working conditions,the water intake of the ecosystem,surrounding residents and a third party would not be affected.Finally,the conclusion is drawn that the setting of sewage outlet into the river of shenyang chemical industry co.,ltd.is reasonable,standard and feasible.Some Suggestions on establishing scientific and perfect evaluation system of sewage outlet and water resources protection in the future are put forward.
