In Zhejiang Province a Coating Equipment Co.,Ltd. mainly engagesin the research and production of coating equipment and has great influence in the industry, andits product covers the enterprises at home and abroad. At present, in the company the transportlink of the coating and baking process is mainly finished by manual work for the glass coatingproduct line, and it has some drawbacks such as high labor intensity and demand, low safety andproduction efficiency, high cost, etc. In this background, combining the research status anddevelopment tendency of materials handing equipment at home and abroad, the research topic“the development and application of automatic upender in coating product line†is put forward forthe requirement of glass coating product line. The research work is as follows:First, according to the production requirement of glass coating product line, the majorfunction, component, design consideration, technical index and movement process of theautomatic upender are analyzed, then the overall plan is designded and analyzed.Second, basing on the design principle and the overall design plan, the mechanical structuredriving system and control system are designed. The automatic upender includes pneumaticcircuit system and motor drive system. Then the mechanical structure diagram, principle diagramof the pneumatic circuit system, sequential function chart of the control system and control circuitconnections are got. Then the physical design and the model selection are taken.At last, the motion simulation is carried out for the automatic upender by theCOSMOSMotion in SolidWorks. According to the simulation results, the kinematics anddynamics of upender are analyzed, the analysis include the selection of the key points and gettingthe speed, acting force graphs, and then the motor function and reliability are by the graphs,getting the related conclusions.In this paper, the designed upender realizes the synchronous moving of part and thesynchronization of rolling-over and transport. The upender has some advantages such as simpleconstruction, perfect motion and kinetic characteristic, high production efficiency and lowcosting, etc, so it can meet the production requirements for the glass coating product line,promote the technology innovation for the glass coating product line, improve the productionefficiency and realize the production of high efficiency and energy saving, promoting thedevelopment of the glass coating industry. |
