Ecological Management Problem Research Of China Beneath The View Of Ecological Civilization

Our country is in the key period of strong ecological civilization construction. The essence of ecological civilization construction is the ecological environment governance, deteriorating ecological environment that ecological governance in many ways need to be improved. How under the perspective of ecological civilization construction based on the reality of our country, out of socialism with Chinese characteristics road of ecological management is the major problem in front of the governments at all levels and the social people from all walks of life. In this paper, it was for such thinking, in the context of ecological civilization of the problem of ecological management in our country.From the perspective of the multiple subject analysis our country government failure is found in the ecological management, enterprise pollution, the role of environmental NGOs play a limited and public participation in disorder. Analysis the reasons, mainly is the government department in the legal system construction aspects, such as lacking; Enterprise environmental pollution cost is low:The development of environmental NGOs lack of supports from the government and the public. The public itself do not set up the correct ecological consciousness.Similarly, many developed countries also have appeared in the process of modern industrialization and the similar ecological environmental problems in China. Ecological compensation mechanism of the USA, Germany’s ecological democracy, Japan’s ecological industry and ecological education, Singapore in the legal system of national construction and the advanced experience of enterprise cooperation has reference significance on our country’s ecological civilization construction. Based on this, our country can walk out of the road ecological management of our own, namely the government departments to strengthen the construction of legal system, to the enterprise to implement reasonable rewards and punishment system, to a greater degree of environmental NGOs support, at the same time, strengthen the ecological consciousness of the public. Only the government, enterprises, environmental NGOs, the public between each ecological governance body in establishing and perfecting the relevant system on the basis of mutual coordination and mutual cooperation, mutual support, to do a good job in the ecological management to improve the ecological environment, promote the development of ecological civilization construction.
