| Nowadays the evolution of ecosystem environment of the Earth is strongly affected by Human intelligence. The destiny of subject that had been fast controlled by natural power now is gradually determined by what he believes. Under the circumstances, the subject should seriously anti-think himself as soon as possible. As the follow reasons: 1,The changes of object which are affected by science and technology, created by the intelligence of subject, has seriously threatened the existence of himself. 2,The civilization which is achieved by the intelligence of subject has turned into a unbearable acceptance to the subject. 3,How apply the science and technology to the subject has become a pressing question to himself. 4,The intelligence of subject has been developed to such degree: In order to grasp the subject, the object and their relationship, the subject himself should be anti-thought. 5,The subject must determine the direction of the evolution of the Earth ecosystem environment as soon as possible.The purpose of this dissertation is to solve the problem of ecosystem civilization. Epistemologically, some enlightens have been derived from Martin Heidegger's Mitsein(being with) theory, that the world is mutually born by the interaction of ego, others, society and nature that open to each other. We also can inherit the evolutionary epistemology, which has two characters. On the first place, it emphasizes on the original of evolution of human cognition ability, and history and cognition are the conditions of each other. The second is that it emphasizes the relativity between philosophy epistemological and all substantial evidence science. It tries to found a ground epistemological system in which evolution of cognition ability is center and composed of different substantial evidence science and meta-science concept. At the same time, essentially hypothetical realism is materialism. This conclusion provides us a new way in materialism studying. The conclusion is that the subject of ecological civilization is mainly characterized by return to biology feature and shows technology feature. The major problems confronting the subject are pollution of the environment, ruin of ecosystem, heavy burden of science and technology, mistiness of subject boundary, lacking of united logic in application technology, interest conflict among the individual subject, the community subject and the category subject, unfair of technology etc.In order to solve such problems, four solutions have been given: studying the law of development and request of the subject himself, humanizing the science and technology, building the morals and regulations of ecosystem civilization and constructing the democratic technology reform system of technology. |
