Super large cylindrical gear as large-scale machinery and instrument of key parts, according to the national standard definition, will be more than 500 mm diameter of gear is called large gear, gear is used for some key areas and affect the overall important industries, such as hydropower, mining industry, automobile, petrochemical, metallurgy, shipbuilding, aircraft, military machinery, large engineering machinery, large ships and missile launch and social urban planning of industries.At present, China’s large gear processing equipment although more, but for its detection means, often can only rely on machine tool accuracy assurance and testing thickness accuracy, domestic small gear testing equipment are manufacture complete sets of equipment of the device, most can’t testing large gear, although the overseas higher measuring large gear measuring machine, but this kind of high-end testing equipment price is high, but large cylindrical gear processing accuracy standard is indispensable. Due to the large cylindrical gear volume, weight, put the same card and other factors, so its parameters exist precision error, and large cylindrical gear parameters affects the accuracy of the whole machine and the instrument of the overall quality and precision sex. Define the measurement scheme, the completion of the gear tooth profile, tooth, pitch error measuring path planning design of the project.2. The design of large gear automatic measuring system and the rotary table jig mechanical structure, will be able to realize the measuring head in the required range of space move and the big gear fixed.3. Use 3 d software simulation on its movement.4. Structure important parts selection and check, make it meet the measuring accuracy and mechanical requirements.
