With the rapid development of Optical cold processing in China, various brands also begin to seek the brand differentiation gradually. Also factors on the operator is not enough emphasized in the design process, which still exists some problems on operator fatigue、 human uncoordinated and higher risk coefficient. Therefore, humanized design and reasonable shape innovation will become an important means of difference-making competition for machine.As an optical processing equipment, Grinding polishing machine plays an important role in China’s economic construction. Based on this situation, the thesis integrated the actual situation of the domestic market, which consists of the cold optical polishing machine grinding equipment design studies mainly, using the method of Kansei Engineering and Ergonomics to make a further study of the system for the grinding polishing machine.On the basis of the relevant design methods and design principles in the man-machine system, and combined with the relevant Kansei Engineering,then the emotional needs of the operator is translated into product design elements, and thus we begin to make a design positioning with these requirements and principles for grinding polishing machine Scientifically. Finally complete the display and man-machine optimization scheme by using of the display of three-dimensional modeling software.The main contents of this thesis are summarized as follows:(1) Introduction and research status of the Optical cold processing industry at home and abroad, that combined with contents and methods of the study proposed by the characteristics of product.(2)Firstly making a systematic analysis and research on Ergonomics and Kansei engineering, after that the detailed description of the two methods used in grinding polishing machine should be prepared, the final new ideas "Humanization design of product based on Kansei Engineering" comes from combining the proposed two innovative theory.(3)Making a further elaboration of the relationship between control panel and the people(psychological and physiological), and carrying out an scientific analysis on the control panel color and layout principle, and finally grinding polishing machine control panel is designed in practice.(4) Making a summary of design principles for the grinding polishing machine and dimension constraint, a scientific research of grinding and polishing machine shape needs is made, namely by using the semantic differential method to conduct research, then get the design orientation by factor analysis, go on designing sketch and further design in the end.(5) Building 3D models of the grinding polishing machine as explained by means of three-dimensional modeling software Pro Engineer 5.0.After the model is imported into CATIA V5 R21, make the simulation verification of the design by using the powerful man-machine engineering module of CATIA V5 R21, and then analyze whether the design on the man-machine system is reasonable, and give the optimization, after optimization of the grinding polishing machine we show the design renderings of the grinding polishing machine by the software Keyshot4.0.Research methods for the design in the optical cold equipment provides an effective basis, and provide reference for future design, which also has a good theoretical and practical significance in Setting up the enterprise brand and upgrading the product.
