From the perspective of industrial design,this topic follows the systematic research and design method to research and analyze the design of self-service rice milling machine.First of all,the market demand,user group characteristics and user demand of the self-service rice milling machine are clarified through research and analysis to find the design opportunity point;Then,the product modeling is studied from four aspects: shape,color,material structure and actual use environment;Then uses the theory of ergonomics to determine the size of the product,improve the practicability,ease of use and comfort of the product;Next,the structure system and working process of the self-service rice milling machine are analyzed to enhance the intellectualization of the human-machine interface.Finally,combined with the above research results,the modeling design of self-service rice mill is carried out and evaluated,and the best design scheme is obtained and the effectiveness of the research is verified.Through research and analysis,this paper has achieved the following research results:(1)The opportunity points of product and interface design are determined: in product design,the convenience of equipment should be enhanced,the traffic time should be shortened,the labor intensity should be reduced,and the efficiency and food safety in the purchase process should be improved;in interface design,the product characteristics and use methods should be highlighted,the product information should be clearly displayed,the user operation steps should be reduced and simplified,and the feedback on user operation should be increased.(2)Users are most concerned about the modern sense,pleasant sense,efficient sense and sense of security in the shape design of the self-service rice milling machine(the degree of importance decreases in turn),and it is found that the design of the operation area and the rice export has the greatest impact on the modern sense of the shape.Combined with the aesthetic formal rule,it is found that by adjusting the visual center,bottom area,volume relationship and using decorative lines of the product,the aesthetic feeling of the self-service rice mill can be enhanced,and the visual stability and lightness can be achieved.(3)The body should avoid using bright and exciting colors in a large area.The main color with moderate lightness and saturation can be selected,and a secondary color can be used for harmonic contrast to highlight the level;neutral and cool colors should be used in the operation area to focus attention.(4)The material should be selected with a straight and tough texture to highlight the safety and stability of agricultural machinery products;The material texture of different functional areas should be different,especially the material of the operating area should have a certain tactile stimulation.(5)Self-service rice milling machine should not be placed in open areas and the distance from the surrounding equipment should not be less than 0.5 meters;The rice milling machine in indoor places should be placed in the entrance and exit position with large flow of people and placed together with other equipment to attract users to buy.A corresponding display cabinet can be designed beside the machine.The rice milling machine placed outdoors is suitable for independent design,which can be designed with a modular ceiling to improve the user's working environment.(6)The height of the rice milling machine should be within the range of 1800mm-2400 mm,the width of the inspection door should not be less than 413 mm,the position of the rice export should be set at 700-1250 mm from the ground,the operating screen should be set at an Angle of 20°-40° with the horizontal surface,and the height from the ground should be more than1200 mm.The key area should be reserved for 20mm*20mm touching space,and the height of the advertising screen should be between 1200 mm and 1600 mm.(7)Song typeface and Arial typeface with high recognition are used in the interface text.The interactive steps of purchasing goods and selecting specifications are simplified,the feedback of user operation is strengthened,and the processing status of the machine is displayed in real time,which makes the interface more aesthetic and intelligent.(8)By analyzing the evaluation results of the modeling design scheme,it is found that the scheme using the master-slave color matching,material differentiation and decorative lines has a higher favorable rate,and the scheme that the design of the operating area and rice export is more in line with the requirements of ergonomics has a higher favorable rate.
