In order to realize the fundamental improvement of the environmental air quality in Bohai new area to provide technical support.Bohai Huanghua port area is developing rapidly, the enterprise is located in port logistics, iron and steel, thermal power and other enterprises, steel, logistics, thermal power, enterprises more dust, dust emissions. Huanghua port area city area is in big development, big construction stage, construction dust pollution is serious. Huanghua Bohai new area, regional ecological system mainly includes the grassland ecosystem, Yantian and pond ecosystem and urban ecosystem, the grassland ecosystem area accounted for than the maximum. The grassland ecosystem due to loose soil, sparse vegetation, the local wind speed, dust pollution. The main pollutant in the regional environmental air is particulate matter, the average concentration and the annual concentration of the main pollutants exceed the standard.Based on the Bohai New Area in the Huanghua port area and the actual situation, key from the industrial pollution prevention and coal storage yard, construction and road dust open source of particulate pollution control countermeasures. Based on the enterprise, such as port logistics, steel and coal power plant, the pollution status and pollution control measures are proposed. The integrated control scheme is proposed, and the emergency measures are formulated to strengthen the supervision and control of air pollution. Using Gauss model to predict the results show that the implementation of the control measures, the regional environmental air quality(TSP, PM10) to meet the "environmental air quality standards"(GB3096-2012) two standard requirements, environmental quality improved significantly.Benefit analysis shows that the TSP value of TSP is 7728.9t/a, the PM10 value is t/a, the PM10 value is 889.1 4445.5t/a, the TSP value is 1792.1 12174.4t/a, the PM10 value is 2681.2 t/a.
