Data Analysis And Treatment Of Coal Dust Pollutionin Huanghua Port

Environmental protection has become China's development strategic problem.At the time of economic development,how to govern and improve our environment effectively is the responsibility that every enterprise should bear.Huanghua Port,an important coal launching port in Circum-Bohai Sea,which is contributing to the national economy and recording production,but at the same time facing the situation of poor environmental governance.Port has taken some basic measures to control the coal dust in storage yard,but the traditional ways can't solve the problem fundamentally.So company puts forward a set of governance on environmental monitoring,dust control,water management,and other environmental protection business plans in purpose of reversing and improving environmental quality,improving the pollution prediction prevention ability,reducing the pollution to surrounding areas.This paper takes Huanghua Port controlling dust as the research object.It combines the basic theories of port management,environmental protection knowledge and data analysis,to analyze the distribution of coal pollution sources,dust characteristics,dust influencing factors and their correlation.And further put forward the control measures of port dust pollution as well as the scientific implementation of dust pollution prevention and management,in order to improve the ecological environment of the port and promote the sustainable development of the port.The specific methods can be described as:through factor analysis method to extract the production factor,wind direction factor,wind speed factor as well as temperature and humidity factor those four comprehensive factors.And using regression analysis method makes further analysis for the variables in each of factor.It is concluded that the medium and small particles proportion in the production factor,the storage time,the stacking height,the moisture content in the production factor are scored higher and influences bigger.So the company takes corresponding measures to the situation.Through factor analysis,which not simplifies the analysis indicators of original quantity,but also improves the objectivity and effectiveness of the dust pollution analysis.By using of quantitative analysis,we improve the pertinence and accuracy of dust suppression measures and get the effective solutions for pollution control:firstly,construction of intelligent sprinkler system to adjust the coal moisture content automatically;secondly,construction of intelligent production scheduling system to improve production efficiency and reduce the storage period;thirdly,optimization of coal storage structure to reduce the dust pollution of small particles coal;fourthly,upgrading loading and unloading process to reduce the dust pollution in operation steps.Meanwhile,improving the pollution source supervision and management system to ensure the smooth development of the dust suppression project.Through launching dust-controlling project,Huanghua Port not only enhances and improves the environmental quality,controls the dust pollution,avoid the water waste,sets up the port's green image,but also improves the environmental monitoring and awareness,early warning and management ability,environment prediction and analysis ability,environmental monitoring and assessment ability.What's more,dust-controlling project also plays a very good role in the industry.Finally,hoping the paper can provide an empirical study on the environmental pollution control of the port.
