| This paper studies the data receiving and display for remote monitoring system of CNC machine tools which has existed faulty by using GPRS technology. Firstly, this paper gives the overall framework of the system based on GPRS, and describes part of the main modules of the system. Secondly, for the shortcomings of the current remote monitor instrument, this article proposes the universal remote monitor design, transport protocol, dynamic adaptive design and display data protocol of remote monitor instrument, and gives the specific example of dynamic adaptive display; adaptive display screen includes horizontal and vertical display screen display. Finally, in order to meet the maximizing universal requirements, the paper designs the universal monitoring center, so that it can be used in different industries and can increase the versatility of the system. And an application example is given to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the system.The practical results showed that the general relatively strong remote monitoring system of CNC machines based on GPRS can provide digital remote services for different managers, which is not only for CNC machine tools, but also for other industries of remote monitoring. |
