| Security is an important guarantee to the healthy development of the enterprises. Production safety accident causes personal injury and property damage, which seriously restricts the development of enterprises. Iron and steel industry is an important pillar industry in China, which plays an important role in the development of national economy. However, the production process of iron and steel industry is complex. The production safety situation of iron and steel industry is not optimistic. Therefore, how to carry out effective early-warning before the accident is a critical issue. The study on early-warning model of safety accident risk in iron and steel enterprises can make the safety work more scientific and standardized. It can also improve the safety management capability and curb the safety accidents in the enterprises.The study uses the interdisciplinary research method and the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method. On the basis of the related concepts and theoretical research, it firstly analyses the 55 safety accidents which happened during the year of 2003-2013 to explore the cause of the accidents. The main reasons are people’s unsafe behavior, the unsafe status of object, the management and environmental factors. And then it subdivides the four factors. Combined with the related theory and literature, the early-warning index system of safety accident risk in iron and steel enterprises is established. Then it constructs fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation model and grey comprehensive evaluation model. To improve the reliability of the model, it uses the method of improved AHP. And then take Hebei Tangyin iron and steel limited company for example, applies these two models respectively to evaluate the safety situation of the company. By comparison, the results of these two early-warning models are basically consistent, which proves that the models are effective. Finally, the early-warning management measures are put forward from the aspects of safety consciousness, labor organization, rules and regulations, safety training and accident prevention. |
