An important factor of success for treating industrial waste water is the quality of the industrial wastewater treatment project, the high quality of wastewater treatment engineering is the key to get good treatment, A survey results show that China’s current industrial wastewater treatment projects failure rate is very high and a lot of managers have not realized the importmant of the quality of the industrial waste water treatment engineering. In this consideration, the quality of the industrial waste water treatment project management is particularly important.Project quality management is a system engineering, including project quality plan, project quality guarantee and project quality control, industrial waste water treatment engineering is an important project that effect the quality of people’s living environment, so it is important to carry on the comprehensive quality management. This article will expound the quality management, and the quality management will be used in industrial wastewater treatment engineering project.This paper introduces the relevant theories of project quality management, including the basic concept and principle of project quality management, the basic principle and the main theories and methods of project quality management; Then the research object of this article-hengda company introduces the basic situation of wastewater treatment project, and introduces the hengda company wastewater renovation project quality management principles, objectives, procedures and steps. for a more scientific and reasonable to quality management.
