It is also the key to ensure the stability of Liaohe Oilfield.Based on the analyses of steam injection boiler and boiler construction damageable parts in this thesis, to carry out the detection and analysis of steam injection boiler. Application of physical and chemical analysis method, to determine the material damage location and cause of destruction. Combined water quality analysis and overheat analysis, the reasons for the damage of the vulnerable parts of boiler were determined.. Based on this, the research on the technology of the re manufacturing of the steam injection boiler is carried out, and the selection method, welding technology, heat treatment process and anti-corrosion insulation measures are formed.. Application of remanufacturing technology for more than 10 boiler maintenance and application appearance detection, nondestructive detection and hydraulic test and other testing methods, of remanufacturing boiler are analyzed and evaluated, to determine its safety and reliability.
