Heavy oil, heavy oil and other heavy oil accounts for more than 25%-30% of total oil resources, and the exploitation status and exploitation technology of heavy oil have received much attention.At present, thermal oil recovery has become a dominant method in heavy oil. The steam injection boiler of oil field has become the core equipment of heavy oil exploitation.Liaohe O ilfield is the largest heavy oil production base in C hina, and heavy oil production accounts for more than 60% of total output.At present, most of the steam injection boiler equipment is the product of the end of last century, the aging of the equipment, the performance decline, can not reac h the requirements of energy saving. At the same time, the steam injection boiler belongs to the pressure special equipment, and its operation security needs to be guaranteed. Therefore, it is important to study the re manufacturing technology of the oil field injection boiler for the purpose of saving cost, saving energy and saving material. It is also the key to ensure the stability of Liaohe Oilfield.Based on the analyses of steam injection boiler and boiler construction damageable parts in this thesis, to carry out the detection and analysis of steam injection boiler. Application of physical and chemical analysis method, to determine the material damage location and cause of destruction. Combined water quality analysis and overheat analysis, the reasons for the damage of the vulnerable parts of boiler were determined.. Based on this, the research on the technology of the re manufacturing of the steam injection boiler is carried out, and the selection method, welding technology, heat treatment process and anti-corrosion insulation measures are formed.. Application of remanufacturing technology for more than 10 boiler maintenance and application appearance detection, nondestructive detection and hydraulic test and other testing methods, of remanufacturing boiler are analyzed and evaluated, to determine its safety and reliability.
