Research Of Evaluation On Oil-to-gas Steam Boiler Groups In Liaohe Oilfield | | Posted on:2014-04-26 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:M Q Yang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2251330422451392 | Subject:Heating, Gas Supply, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Engineering | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | The fuel of254steam boilers is reconstructed from crude-oil and residue-oil to gasin heavy oil thermal recovery technology in Liaohe Oilfield.Energy efficiency, environmental impact and economy for the reconstruction project is evaluated partially. In addition, comprehensive effect is evaluated to the project. The issue duringreconstruction and operation is summarized to partial and comprehensive evaluation. Itcan promote investment benefit of faster play. Also provides reference for promotionand implementation of follow-up projects. If the comprehensive evaluation of the effectis good, the Liaohe Oilfield and the country’s energy structure is great significance.A system of comprehensive evaluation index is established by theoretical researchã€the design principle of index system and the actual situation of the project. A calculationmethod is proposed for the system. And the boiler groups is evaluated quantitatively forenergy efficiency, environmental impact, economy and comprehensive evaluation. In the evaluation of environmental impact, the concept of the equivalent number ofpollutants is introduced so that different toxic effects of pollutants on the environment isunified. The concept of standard steam is put forward in the calculation models. Theenergy consumption, the discharged pollutants and the costs per standard steam ofsteam-boiler groups are regarded as sub-indexes. A relative index for the evaluation forboiler groups is proposed. It will reflect the comprehensive effect of boiler groups moreobjectively rather than the weighted coefficient.Based on per standard-steam,it is0.958that the ratio of energy consumption ofburning gas and oil of boiler groupsã€it is0.284that the ratio of the total number ofequivalents of the pollutantsã€it is0.780that the ratio of operating cost. These dataindicates that the project has an advantage in the three aspects. And the advantage of theenvironmental impact is obvious. It is0.212that the index of comprehensiveevaluation, indicates that the project has great comprehensive effect. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | boiler groups, system of evaluation index, standard-steam, equivalent-number of pollutants, energy conservation, economy | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
