| Heavy oil is very rich relatively in China,the main method of heavy oil recovery is steam injection of thermal recovery.But in the process of heavy oil thermal recovery,each part has different degree energy losses.Therefore,it is significant for energy-saving and cost-reducing to analyze the energy using of the steam-injection boiler and find out the main reason to take appropriate measures for energy transformation.In the process of heavy oil thermal recovery,steam-injection system consists of steam-injection boiler,pipelines and shafts.While steam-injection boiler and pipelines are the primary energy-consuming equipments in the system.In this thesis,energy models were set up to analyze the energy and exergy with field data.In order to find out the main reason of energy loss,it is necessary to take energy consumption measurement for steam-injection pipelines to make energy-saving retrofitting.On the basis of the energy analysis of the ground steam injection system,studies with flue gas waste heat recovery,burner control and the reflection paint were made to improve the boiler thermal efficiency.The new types of thermal insulation materials and compensators were also tested to analyze for the pipelines.Using the served methods,including field test,the actual transformation operation and energy efficiency,the steam injection system can be transformed.And they have reached the expected optimization purposes of energy saving. |
