| Windy city heavy oil thermal recovery technology requires to provide high quality steam in Xinjiang province. In view of operating cost for the traditional oil field gas steam injection boiler and local rich coal resources,to save cost and make full use of resources advantage, this thesis developes a new type of coal-fired steam injection boiler.First, the thesis makes in-depth study on coal quality characteristics, oilfield sewage purification water quality,coal-fired power plant boiler water quality, and comparatively analyses coal combustion, boiler water circulation and evaporation technology. The new coal-fired steam injection boiler is conceptually designed and put forward.Second the design calculation is conducted on the the new coal-fired steam injection boiler which includes desulfurization computing, thermodynamic calculation of heating surface and calculations of resistance of wind and smoke systems. Finally the newly design boiler is applied in the field and some tests are carried out which include cold running conditions, prifying and softening water mixing ratio test, hot running conditions and so forth. Some conclusions can be drawn as follows. The design results show that the boiler should be chosen as new natural water power cycle of circulating and fluidized bed boiler, meeting the demand of steam injection and realizing limestone desulfurization in furnace, and it provids steam of 130 t/h,the temperature of 350 ℃,pressure 9.81 MPa through heating transfer of the heating surface. The running tests showed that the boiler operation parameters can meet the industrial requirements.Under different conditions, the boiler can run safely and stably. Each pollutant emissions meets the national environmental protection requirements.Compared with the traditional gas steam injection boiler, the new coal-fired steam injection boiler operation cost is low, with the unit ton steam cost savings of 45.8%.This study can provide theoretical guidance and field data for the extension of new coal-fired steam injection boiler in oil fields. |
