Along with the STEP and STEP-NC standard has been improved gradually, andthe STEP-NC numerical control technology to become the current domestic andforeign research hotspot. Our country late start, although also get some achievement,but with the international advanced numerical control technology is still has the verybig disparity.Based on the study STEP and STEP-NC standard, on the basis of the AP238fileinformation processing, not only on the online process planning for the optimalparameters determined milling, also automatically generate the optimal tool path, andrealized the path of the machine tool, for STEP-NC application to provide a certainsignificance.In order to perform the online process planning, this paper studies the firstSTEP-NC interpreter working principle and working process and extract the AP238file information, finally, using the artificial neural network algorithm to realize theoptimal selection of milling parameters. According to the definition of manufacturingcharacteristics, this paper choose plane and cavity as the tool path automaticallygenerated object, in the tool path generation method of principle and the basis of thestudy, use of Visual C++MFC library and dialog box technology, automatic detectionand tool-position correction calculation, and finally got the best tool path.STEP-NC program processed got the best tool path, this paper used VERICUT7.0as a validation software, the output of the traditional code is simulated, ultimatelyprove the correctness of the tool path generation. In order to STEP-NC machiningprogram for verification, the paper builds up a PMAC card open CNC system, realizedthe mold processing verification. |
