Daqing oilfield has come into the later stage of development at present, increase the intensity of the peripheral oilfields development is the important means of making up the decline of the old oilfield. But due to the development condition of the Peripheral Oilfields is poor, oil-gas gathering and transportation engineering investment proportion accounts for more than 50% of ground engineering investment proportion. Therefore, the construction mode of oil & gas gathering and transportation engineering will directly affect the investment level of the ground engineering construction, which are the important factors of the low-cost, high-efficiency, high-level development of the peripheral oil fields.The project is modeled as Gulong oilfield, defines the new designed parameter and designed concept of oil-gas gathering and transportation engineering in the peripheral oil fields. Based on laboratory test data as support, we optimize the cyclic watering oil gathering process, determine the new principle of the single well mixed water of cyclic watering oil gathering process, optimize the design parameters in oil-gas gathering and transferring system, increase the design of wellhead back pressure to 1.3MPa. Oil gathering radius has doubled than before optimization, the temperature of wet crude into the oil transfer station has reduced to nearly the solidification point of crude oil, the mixed water reduced 50% compared with the before. We expand the application of electric heating oil gathering process; improve the electric heating pipe production process aiming at solving the problems existing in the application. At the same time, we match the electric heating oil gathering process and the oil-gas mixing transportation technology, innovate the digital-skid mounted booster station, realize the integrated-skid mounted model of oil-gas mixed transferring station, improve the utilization efficiency, realize the feasible and high-efficient development about low yield oil. By the optimization measures of oil gathering process, decline the investment of the ground engineering construction; make the oil-gas gathering and transportation engineering investment proportion accounting for ground engineering investment proportion reducing 10%.The project has determined four new oil-gathering parameters and two innovation in the cyclic watering oil gathering process and oil gathering system construction mode of Daqing peripheral oilfields: has determined the lowest limit of the single well average mixed water of cyclic watering oil gathering process; has determined the conventional maximum allowable design limits of wellhead back pressure; has determined the new boundaries of the well number in the oil collecting ring; has determined the new boundaries of oil gathering radius in peripheral oilfields; Has innovated the comprehensive application mode of electric heating oil gathering process and oil-gas mixing transportation technology; has innovated the construction mode of the digital-skid mounted-booster-integrated device.The optimized cyclic watering oil gathering process and “electric heating oil gathering & oil-gas mixing transportation station” process are not only suitable for Daqing Changyuan old oilfield and peripheral oilfield but also can be popularized in Other fields.Applied the research result of this project, 68 wells have used cyclic watering oil gathering process, 68 wells have used single-dendritic electric heating oil gathering process and an oil-gas mixed transferring station and a digital-skid mounted booster station has been built in Cologne oilfield. Compared with the before, the operating cost of 1.68 million and the construction investment of 8.96 million had been saved.
