| The electrical heating pipe technology of crude oil gathering and transportation has beendeveloped gradually in the past few years,and it is an effective technical measure to achievesingle pipe technology of crude oil gathering and transportation,simplify the process andreduce the investment in low-yield oilfields which lie in cold region. As a newly foundedoilfield in cold region, Hailar oilfield makes the crude oil gathering and transportationavailable normally by using the electrical heating pipe technology on a large scale in theground project. Nevertheless,there are several problems in the design of electrical heatingpipe technology and in the actual production process.Also it is found that the technology canbe optimized.Therefore it is necessary to carry out the rearch project.The main object of study is the electrical heating pipe technology of crude oil gatheringand transportation in Hailar oilfield.The rearch includes the following: operating temperaturechange test, radial temperature distribution test inside the electrical heating pipe, simulationtest of hydraulic parameters and its correction, the filed test to find out the shutdown andrestart rule, pipe cutting to observe the situation of wax deposition, the adaptability ofelectrical heating pipe technology with pigging process to optimize the process and reduce theinvestment in the ground project of Hailar oilfield,the economic comparison between theelectrical heating pipe technology and conventional process in Hailar oilfield.The following conclusions can be drawn through the research above.Firstly,the operatingtemperature of the electrical heating pipe technology can be lower;secondly,the calculationaccuracy of PIPEPHASE can be controlled within±20%by the correction of LINGO;thirdly,the shutdown and restart is more likely to succeed than that of conventional process;fourthly,the wax deposition phenomenon does not exist basically inside the electrical heatingpipe;lastly,the electrical heating pipe technology with pigging process is available,but it is notsuitable in Hailar oilfield.The rearch results can provide support for the improvement andoptimization of the electrical heating pipe technology of crude oil gathering and transportationin Hailar oilfield. |
