Research On Model Of Surface System Construction And Oil Gathering And Transferring System Operation Optimization In Certain Area Of Daqing Peripheral Oilfield

The conventional surface system techniques of the daqing peripheral oilfield is single tube ring water-mixed oil-gathering technology, The disadvantage of the system is that the distance from oil well to combinned station is comparative long, In order to suffice hydraulic and thermodynamic condition of pipeline transportation,it requires to control blended water quantity, However, it is hard to do it in actual production. In addition,it exists the phenomenon that the new oil has high liquid quantity,low liquid quantity later and oil well opened increased year by year,With the loading rate of equipment descended,operating efficiency decreased,and the system energyconsumption ascended. This leads to a series of inconsistent situations in actual situation of production, Therefore it is necessary to develop deeply optimization research and technolog simplification,make the surface system layout precisly,apply new technologies and equipments to reduce investment and the crude oil production cost.For many problems single tube ring water-mixed oil gathering &transportation system, it requires to apply a new treelike gathering and transportation technology on electricity heating in remote and scattered oilfield areas.In this paper,The main topics study the feasibility of applying this technique in eigth extraction factory in Daqing oil-field, we select the first tested area which has put into production for data collection and analysis, the area locates southern Putaohua oil layer in eigth extraction factory in Daqing oil-field,it is fit to adpot this technique as to its character of narrow and dispersive north-south region, This surface type breaks conventional single tube ring water-mixed oil-gathering technology, and the method of half and secondary station was replaced by the method of one-level station. According to the research of production and management data, a series of merits and demerits are summarized.The mature basic information can direct not only in the continuous exploitation of the oil fields,but also simplify surface technique. The research will play an important role in the reducing investment and enhancing the economic benefit of oilfield development and exploring a new model in surface construction.
