The project mainly from the factors that affect the new wood sewage water quality analysis, to take corresponding measures to solve the problem:to solve the problems existing in the management, process problems, the system bottleneck. Results:one is self financing for process improvement, solution treatment process defects, effectively improve the water quality. Two is a new technology pilot, to solve the bottleneck problems influencing the reinjection water quality. Three is to strengthen the management for the protection, make full use of the existing equipment, maximum capacity, improve water quality. The innovation is the application of mud technology of sewage electrolytic brine sterilization technology application and flocculation row. The results in the application of new wood oil production plant, effectively improve the reinjection sewage water, one hand to reduce pollution to ground sewage for reinjection water quality improvement, delaying the formation pressure rising rate, reduce under injection wells, at the same time to avoid under injection wells increase constantly updated injection equipment and facilities, to meet the development needs of oil field water. On the other hand, exceed the standard problems of suspension and bacteria exceed the standard problem, can effectively curb the ground pipeline, equipment corrosion, fouling rate. To avoid the corrosion of equipment and pipeline update, avoid scaling pickling line, caused by the increase of repair, renovation work. The project on the strengthening of management, process improvement and promotion of new technologies have made in Jilin oilfield, the factory sewage water quality improvement has very high popularization value.
