Salary management is the most important part of Human Resource Management. A scientific and reasonable salary system is not only one of the core parts of enterprise management, but also the important part of modern enterprise system and the adjuster of social steady-going. Salary distribute System affect intensively people's behavior, it is drive of enterprise value. And no mistake, it affects stratagem choice, management decision, product exploitation, market competition, procession construction of the enterprise and so on. In an enterprise, salary distribution is not only the issue that the managers are concerned about mostly, but also the issue that the employees are concerned about mostly. Salary & rewards relate to the employees'own interest and that is also one of the major powers for the employees to work for the enterprise. We can not say a salary & rewards system is good or bad absolutely, the key is that the system can inspire employees'work passion and can make enterprise's stratagem objective implement effectively.Interest mechanism is the essential factor that restricts enterprise development. Some enterprises'income distribution exists internal unfairness, it will affect employees'go-aheadism and creation to a considerable extent﹔In some enterprises, employees'work passion can't be inspired because of reasonless distribution makeup including wage﹑bonus and welfare etc though the enterprise cost quite a bit﹔Some enterprises'distribution system hasn't prompting effect because of withouting estimate system.On the base of discussion and research to the human resource theory including system of salary & rewards and performance management etc, after the investigation, analysis and research for the problems and embarrassments of original system of salary & rewards in NRM and emphasize on the analysis for problem of original wage system, a set of new system of salary & rewards which complies with the current situation of NRM has been submitted. This subject is divided into six (6) articles. Article one (1) isthe preface, which mainly describes the background and research meaning of management of salary & rewards in NRM, and the train of thought of research this text. Article two (2) is the theory summarize, which mainly introduce the modern thought and theories of the system of salary & rewards.Article three (3) is to introduce current station and the characteristic of current salary & rewards system of NRM, which emphasize on the problem of current system of in NRM. Article four (4) is to introduce general guideline and theory of designing of the new system. Article five (5) is to describe the specific scheme of new system of salary & rewards of NRM. Article six (6) is as the successive analysis ,which mainly describe the tricky point of new system of salary & rewards.
