Research On Evaluation Of Safety Production Training Effect Of An Aerospace Enterprise

Safety production training is beneficial to enterprises in reducing safety production accidents and improving safety production levels.An aerospace enterprise expects that through more effective safety training,the quality of safety training for all employees can be improved and safety accidents can be reduced.Therefore,this study has evaluated the effectiveness of typical classroom safety training for employees of this aerospace enterprise.First,combining the characteristics and methods of enterprises safety training,based on the Kirkpatrick model,an evaluation system for the effectiveness of classroom safety training in enterprises safety production was constructed.The evaluation indexes are set from the response layer,the learning layer,the behavior layer and the result layer.Secondly,the weight of each index is determined using Analytic Network Process.Through the determined weights,the enterprise can carry out key training on the application of safety knowledge and skills,the accuracy of operations,and emergency response capabilities.The ability of employees can be improved by introducing relevant simulation training.After that,an evaluation model of the training effect evaluation using the Extension Superiority Evaluation Method was established.The model is applied to the training of interpretation of safety management rules for special equipment of pressure type in enterprises.The example application shows that the safety training effect level calculated by the model is good,which is basically consistent with the results of the generally applicable safety training results survey.Finally,Grey Relational Analysis Method was used to analyze the correlation between the gender,age,education level,working age,job title and safety training effect of the employees participating in the training.The safety training effect have the strongest correlation with the employee’s gender,the relevance of age and working age is second,and it is less relevant to employees’ education level and title.This study provided the aerospace enterprise with a practical basis and criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of safety training.At the same time,it provided effective theoretical support for the innovation of safety training mechanisms for the enterprise.
