At present, the coal-fired power plant that the exhaust gas produced by coal burning is becoming one of the leading causes of environmental pollution which has been more and more attention. NOx in the exhaust emissions and pollutants is growing fast. In the future, the coal-fired power plant NOx emission’s control which is the trend of the times and is of great significance has gradually strengthen in China. And selective catalytic reduction denitration technology which the most widely used and most mature technology of denitration technology has become the power plant auxiliary denitration project engineering preferred. This article is in view of a denitration project in a petrochemical company. One of the key used in the process of liquid ammonia gasification is advanced DCS control. A set of advanced control and optimization system is developed. Sums up the engineering application data it can be done efficiently control between the liquid ammonia evaporation. Denitration effect reached the expected standard that the nitrogen oxide emissions below 100 mg/m3.DCS part adopts domestic mature Xinhua XDC-800 system, this article will actual project programming function, and the difficulties of the man-machine interface design is put forward and solved, on the algorithm with fuzzy adaptive PID control improve control efficiency, and through the simulation prove to be more efficient than traditional PID control algorithm and is more suitable for nonlinear dynamic systems.
