Metallurgy, chemical and other industries produce many poisonous gases in the process of production, which contains SO2. If let them out without managing, environmental pollution will be easily caused. Ammonia water is an important chemical agent for managing exhaust gas. And ammonia stations, as one of the important equipment for ammonia gas treatment system in smelting plants, undertake the tasks of storing liquid ammonia, compounding and transporting ammonia water. So it’s necessary to improve the automate technology of ammonia stations in order to realize its multi-parameter automatic control and ammonia stand unattended.In this paper, according to the project that ammonia station transformation of Yi Men copper limited company, together with the production process characteristic of scene equipments, I analyse the system’s control parameter, research each parameter detecting method, use the current advanced control technology, apply the idea of centralized management and decentralized control, design the distributed control system compose of PC and PLC.This paper on account of the condition that the long lag and great inertia of compounding ammonia water process, as well difficult to establish accurate mathematical model, I put to use fuzzy PID controller. Use ammonia concentration deviation and deviation change rate as input of the fuzzy PID controller, by fuzzy PID algorithm to realize ammonia water concentration control. Meanwhile, I design improved PID controller to control ammonia transport, and reduce energy consumption under the premise of ammonia stable supply.Design and develop upper computer monitoring system by kingview software, include homepage, technological process, real time data, historical data and other monitor screen, and realize remote monitoring of ammonia station control system with the ability of Web-publishing. Technological process screen clearly imply working condition of the scene facility and let the workers master device easily; Real time data shows the changing data of each variable quantity; Historical data screen provide inquiring the historical data of each variable quantity for workers; WEB publishing provides the function that skim monitor screen on the network computer. Practice shows: this system is properly designed, content with the control standard of enterprises. It possesses high value to be spread and put into use.
