Ammonia is synthesized by hydrogen and nitrogen at high temperature and high pressure,catalysts,hydrogen and nitrogen are derived from the raw gas.Raw gas was prepared from solid fuels(coal),liquid fuel(oil),and gas(natural gas).At present,coal is very rich in China,scarcity of oil and gas resources.The cost of raw gas used oil and gas preparation of ammonia is too high,so the vast majority of the ammonia companies are using solid fuels to product raw gas.Coal gasification is divided into fixed bed intermittent gasification and fluidized bed gasification two ways.Considering the raw material has so many odds,such as low price,many varieties,small equipment investment,low maintenance cost,so fixed bed intermittent gasification method is used widely at present.Fixed bed gasification is using coal as raw material,with air or oxygen enriched air,steam gasification agent,under the condition of high temperature and the carbon in the coal react with vaporization agent to product semi water gas.However,fixed bed intermittent gasification consumes lots of energy,and brings serious pollution.In production,the influencing factors,complex operation,the furnace condition fluctuation is large,gas and temperament change quickly,the equipment failure rate for gasification to bring very great challenge.Gasification section of water,electricity,gas,coal consumption is directly related to the cost of the liquidammonia product.How to improve the gas evolution of gas stove,reduce equipment maintenance costs,the impact of the reduce,reduce the ammonia coal consumption of raw materials,is a focus of attention of many common fertilizer enterprises combined with the actual,constantly technical innovation,optimization of process pipeline,adjusting process parameters,saving energy and reducing consumption as much as possible.In combination with zedong chemical company synthetic ammonia gasification process,On process,we added a rich oxygen gasification technology,an intermittent increases oxygen,enhance heat utilization,improve temperament,gas;In terms of equipment,the new turbine drag gasification blower,using the frequency conversion control bar machine and the fan motor back,save a lot of energy,optimizing blast gas recovery system of the equipment,more energy conservation and environmental protection;Expand blown recovery manager and gas line pipe diameter,replace the sensible heat collector,reduce blow system and gas system resistance and other aspects of technology improvement.we got the desired effect.Single furnace gas evolution by original design value 6600 Nm3/h,increased to 7935 Nm3/h,the coal consumption per ton of ammonia by1.555 t coal /t ammonia fell to 1.400 t coal /t ammonia,Steam consumption per ton of ammonia oil of 3.36 t steam NH3 dropped to 2.7 t/tNH3,power consumption also declined significantly,has obtained the good economic benefits.
