Research On Risk Management Of Qing-Ha Oil Pipeline Construction Project

Qing-Ha oil pipeline construction project has positive stimulating role at the aspect of adjusting the structure of regional energy, raising the level of area residents, promoting the development of regional economy, and the overall construction of affluent society. The construction project has long construction period, large quantity, complex technology, affected by external conditions and high risk. Therefore, it has a great significance of strengthening the research on Qing-Ha oil pipeline construction project risk management to guarantee the smooth implementation of the pipeline engineering construction.This paper selects the long distance pipeline construction project risk management as a starting point, based on the discussion of the theory of risk management of construction project, the risk identification, risk evaluation, risk prevention as the main line of research. The research mainly includes the following contents: Firstly, the study of oil pipeline risk management theory, including the risk management of related concepts, characteristics and process, risk assessment methods and so on. Secondly, according to the actual situation of Qing-Ha oil pipeline construction project, the full-scale analysis about the risk of Qing-Ha oil pipeline construction project has been done, and on this basis, through the establishment of evaluation index system of risk analysis, using the method of Expert Scoring Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process to get the weight of Qing-Ha oil pipeline constructions risk factors. Finally, we combined with the risk characteristics of the project to put forward the specific risk prevention measures. Implementing risk management to the project, not only can ensure the balance of economic and social benefits of the project, but also can provide reference for the development of similar projects in the future.
