Spunlace non-woven technology which is a new type of non-woven materials processing technology,with short process,high speed,high yield and other characteristics.Spunlace non-woven technology has been developing rapidly,spunlace non-woven products compare to other non-woven materials has high strength,soft,drape,breathable characteristics and no chemical binders,etc.,is widely used in health care,personal care,tourism and public spaces disposable supplies and other fields.Since spunlace nonwoven products market demand is increasing,broad market space for development,more and more enterprises flood into spunlace industry,carve up this big market.This subject is based on Shandong Xinguang Group introduced spunlace non-woven fabric production line as the background,combined with the actual needs,determined two spunlace lines engineering design,one only has one card and the other one has two card machines with one crosslapper,subject content can be divided into:First,market research,analysis of the domestic and international spunlace non-woven fabric development status quo,market demand and development of space,in order to determine the programs and the scale of the engineering design project;Second,design the routing and the main production equipments,according to market development and enterprises to their own circumstances,a reasonable choice of routes and equipment of the production process;Third,plant and public works design,reasonable construction plant workshop,to optimize the design of public works,including electrical engineering,water supply engineering,gas engineering,oil engineering and air-conditioning systems;Fourth,the production line installation and study the heat efficiency of the dryer machine,complete the installation of production line equipments,resolve the problems in the installation,and to study the heat efficiency of the dryer machine;Fifth,do commissioning during the productiong process and performance analysis,test the performance these two lines,to see whether they can meet the standard requirements,and do some analysis of these two line’s products.Through the analysis of the research subject of engineering design,the main conclusion as follow:(1)Design two spunlace non-woven material production lines,one only has one card and the other one has two card machines with one crosslapper,these two production lines can produce 12,000 tons of spunlace non-woven materials weight 30g/m2 一 200g/m2,CV value is controlled between 1%to 5%.(2)Through the comparison of the performance of the equipment,the straight-lapping line determined to use TEMAFA opening equipment,SPINNBAU carding,Truetzschler the spunlace drying equipment and BASTIAN winding equipment;the cross-lapping line with two cards determined to use Laroche opening equipment,Andritz’s carding and cross-lapping equipment,PERFOJET the spunlace drying equipment and SHYNG WEI winding equipment.(3)This project use secondary load power the production of electrical energy,the omni installed power was 4547KW;industrial waste air and water emissions is in strict accordance with environmental requirements;according to production line equipment and product pipeline,reasonably design the layout of the plant.(4)Analyze the dryer’s burner which use the gas in this project,and according to the actual data in the production process,to calculate the heat efficiency of this dryer.(5)Debugging produce five samples A~E,and through samples performance analysis,sample A average weight is 49.8g/m2,weight CV value is 1.58%,longitudinal and transverse tensile strength is 144.77N、24.95N,entanglement coefficient is 3.39;the sample B average weight is 40.5g/m2,weight CV value is 2.40%,longitudinal and transverse tensile strength are 102.13N、18.13N;entanglement coefficient is 3.01;sample C average weight is 40.8g/m2 weight CV value is 4.87%,longitudinal and transverse tensile strength are 67.49N、66.50N,entanglement coefficient is 3.35;sample D average weight is 40.2g/m2,weight CV value is 4.81%,longitudinal and transverse tensile strength are 52.95N、96.30N,entanglement coefficient is 3.73;sample E average weight is 41.1g/m2,weight CV value is 2.42%,longitudinal and transverse tensile strength are 94.97N、19.02N,entanglement coefficient is 2.85. |
