According to the gasoline of ZJSH can not satisfied the increasinglystrict cleaning requirements, need to buit a new gasoline desulfurizationinstallation.After comparison and laboratory evaluation,finally ZJSH used Gardesprocess of China University of Petroleum (Beijing) as the gasolinedesulfurizationtechnology, this process can produce clean gasoline sulfurcontent≤10ppm, satisfied the V national standards.Hydrogenation catalyst developedby China University of Petroleumusing Gardes technology, the service life canreach six years, select a specific catalyst and operation conditions, the dienehydrocarbonsaturation is minimized, so that the minimum loss of octane number.Sothat the extent of FCC gasoline desulfurization has reached over95%, and octanenumber loss is moderate, moderate hydrogen consumption.
