Oil and gas prospecting engineering as the development of oil resources vanguard, is an important step in our oil and gas field development project. However, oil and gas exploration engineering is famous for its regional risk, operation risk is high, the implementation of complex environment, easy to cause construction work accidents, resulting in loss of resources property and personnel casualties. In order to reduce the happening of the accident, cooperate with the need of scientific management and decision making, need for oil and gas exploration research and development of the risk assessment of construction work. In the light of the risk assessment in geophysical exploration construction, a set of risk assessment model based on association mining method is designed, the specific research work are as follows:(1) Based on petroleum exploration in the process of the construction work to study the possible accidents, and based on the related theory of risk assessment, in view of the geophysical prospecting accident hazards in the process of planning, the unsafe target was divided into the two groups of human unsafe behavior and objects unsafe state safety indexes, after segmentation finally compiled a set of practical and available risk assessment index system.(2) In view of the existing operation safety of geophysical prospecting data, combined with the characteristics of the geophysical exploration construction work, the association mining method based on genetic algorithm is established, using the way of data mining for geophysical prospecting construction risk indexes and the link between accidents.(3) In the level of safety indicators system, according to the theory of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the basic security index had been calculated for decision-making target weight value. Besides, beyond the using of the existing assessment indexes, the association rules among the risk-data was mining with the safety assessment method of geophysical exploration construction work.(4) Based on real-time acquisition of geophysical prospecting data of construction at the scene, the use of risk assessment system to evaluate the current security situation and analysis, safety assessment results and the practical work situation.(5) A safety assessment model based on association mining is designed and set.
