Since the graduates born in the1990s began to work in the job market, their stability is worse. Many related reports show that, at present, the graduates born in the1990s with their frequent changes of their jobs in their first year of stepping into the job market,"quick quit" is the character for their short period working characteristic, which is mainly existed in the medium or mini-enterprise instead of large enterprise or state-operated enterprise.It can be seen from the research made across the world, knowledge-based workers are the main target instead of the graduates born in1990s. The graduates born in1990s belong to the knowledge-based category, however, because of their own characteristics, the phenomena for their resigning from the jobs are different from the generations before. The reports across the world are all about the reasons for why the knowledge-based workers resigning from their jobs, however, resigning from jobs is not equal to casual laboring, so, it’s very important to make a deeper research on the casual laboring and learn clearly about the essential problem behind the phenomenon of "Quick quit" so as to reveal the motivation law of the high flow frequency of the temporary college students in the job markets, which is of a very good academic and real significance. This article is based on the background of the age and the individuality of the graduates born in1990s, furthermore, with reference to the research results of the prior people as well as the related theory of management, choose expectancy theory, equity theory and Maslow’s theory of needs as theoretical basis, by means of using theory analysis together with authentic proof analysis, I made a questionnaire among262new workers born in1990s, from which a first-hand data was got, besides, by means of the statistical means SPSS to deal with the data hoping to find out the reasons for the "casual laboring" of the college graduates born in1990s,the results can provide a thinking to management the new workers born in1990s of privately-owned enterprise.The specific research can expand into:1.Raise the presume and design the questionnaire. First of all, this article give us a description about the people born in1990s; new workers after graduation; casual laboring&et. so as to lessen the obscurity of the questionnaire target and the related terms. Then based on the given document and information together with the individuality of the new workers graduated from college born in990s, try to raise the presume about the probable factors that influence the privately managed enterprise "casual laboring" of the new workers born in1990s. The assumption that the individual values, campus behavior, the private enterprise human resources management system, occupation development and private enterprise culture is a major factor to influence on the"casual laboring" among the new workers of college graduates born in1990s.Based on these presumes, the analysis is made for the design of the terms in the questionnaire are taken into account and made adjustment about the questionnaire as well as examined the results of the questionnaire including reliability and validity. Finally, based on the research presume and the prior research results together with the characteristics of the new workers born in1990s, the patterns of their resigning from job are constructed.2. Collecting data and deal with them. First of all, collecting questionnaire as well as accounting the data, and introduce the basic information of the people examed, then, analyse the data through SPSS software. After that, we got the factors that influence the new workers born in1990s, finally, we analyse the influencial factors with "casual laboring" behavior so as to verify the research assumption1have offered in the prior text.3. Get the conclusion, and puts forward suggestions to reduce the casual laboring behavior in the new workers born in1990s.The research results of the thesis are as follows:(1) Personal values are playing a very important role in the "casual laboring" among the college graduates born in1990s. That is to say, personal values and thinking patterns have a very important influence on "casual laboring" appeared among the college graduates born in1990s.(2) Doing part time jobs on campus has a very important influence on "casual laboring" among the college graduates born in1990s, which appeared to have a positive relation. The more kinds of part time jobs they took during school time, the shorter time they spent on part time jobs, the more frequency they changed their jobs, the more easier they gradually adapted to this working patterns, all of which can gradually help to form habits making people try their best to try different kinds of jobs on job markets.(3) The human resources administration systems in the privately managed enterprise have very important influences on the "casual laboring" among the new workers of college graduates born in1990s, which appeared to have a negative relation. Among which, training opportunities have very important role on "casual laboring" among the new workers of college graduates born in1990s, which appeared to have a negative relation; Payment is also a factor that greatly influenced the "casual laboring" among the new workers of college graduates born in1990s, which appeared to have a negative relation; Organization fairness has a very important influence on "casual laboring" among the new workers of college graduates born in1990s, which has a negative relation. (4) Career development has a very important influence on the "casual laboring" among the new workers of college graduates born in1990s, which appeared to have a negative relation. Privately-owned enterprise offered the college graduates born in1990s a more potential job for their development, which can lessen the resigning rate and the "casual laboring".(5) Enterprise culture has a very important influence on the "casual laboring" among the new workers of the college graduates born in1990s, which appeared to have a negative relation. The better the prospect of the enterprise is, the better the values of the enterprise are accepted; the better environment and conditions are offered;the more harmonious interpersonal relations are owned in the teams of the enterprise; the more suitable and satisfactory rules are; the more the new workers of the college graduates born in1990s are willing to make great efforts for the enterprise, thus working for much longer time and reducing the "casual laboring" rate.Therefore, this article suggested:To reduce"casual laboring" among the new workers of college graduates born in1990s in private enterprises must be a system which needs1990s graduates of individuals, private enterprise and schools together to complete.
