The People’s Bank of China is a necessary department of the State Council and abranch for regulating and controlling of the state macro-economy. Therefore, it plays adecisive role in discovering, retaining, training of the talents and thereby facilitating theenforcement of monetary policies, maintains of financial stability and carrying-out offinancial services for establishing a scientific, justice and perfect banking-staffachievements check-up system. This article studies the current situation, problems andthe reasons of the banking-staff achievements check-up system of the People’s Bank ofChina Hulun Beier Central Branch by using objective management theory anddual-factors theory. In the light of the backward in achievements check-up opinions,ambiguity in achievements check-up standards, incompleteness in achievementscheck-up subjects, obsolescence in achievements check-up methods, lack inachievements check-up levels, limitations in achievements check-up scope, difficultiesin achievements check-up supervisions, this article put forward that we should start withbuilding up the right achievements check-up theory and put emphasis on the assessmentof results of rating, so that we can construct the banking-staff achievements check-upsystem, increase the assessment result levels, optimize achievements check-upprograms, innovate achievements check-up methods, perfect achievements check-upsupporting systems. |
