| Performance appraisal is the key and difficult point of human resources management,and it is an important force to effectively motivate employees and promote the long-term development of the company.As a member of the State Council,the People’s Bank of China is responsible for the macro-control of the financial industry,preventing and resolving systematic financial risks.The branches of the People’s Bank of China play an important role in policy implementation.Establishing a scientific,effective and feasible performance appraisal system is of great significance to improve the quality of employees and their performance efficiency.This paper takes the performance appraisal system of the SY Center Branch of the People’s Bank of China as the research object.Firstly,it introduces the research background and significance,domestic and foreign research status,research ideas and methods.Secondly,introduces the basic situation of SY Central Branch,and analyzes the problems and causes of performance appraisal by means of questionnaires and interviews.Then,with the overall principles of fairness,justice,scientific,continuity,difference and simplicity,we have made optimizations and improvements in terms of assessment,indicator system,assessment methods,two-way communication and application of results.Because most positions of the SY Center Branch focuse on financialservices and management,it is impossible to quantify all the performance indicators.The key performance indicator method(KPI),360-degree feedback method and analytic hierarchy process are used in the objective performance appraisal system.Finally,introduces the implementation steps of the performance appraisal work,and the necessary guarantees of organization,capital and system.And evaluates the execution effect of the performance appraisal system after optimization.This paper has carried out a targeted optimization and improvement on the performance appraisal system of SY Center Branch,which encourages employees to work more actively and create greater value.This paper is an application of performance appraisal theory in practical work,aiming to provide reference for the performance appraisal of SY Center Branch of People’s Bank of China. |
