Comprehensive Risk Management Research Of Marine Economy Industry Investment Fund

Industry investment fund is a relatively new-born concept in china, whose scales vary a lot with a lack of industry maturity. When it comes to theory study, accomplishments needed to direct practice are faced with a dilemma of shortage, especially accomplishments on comprehensive risk management. In practice of China, risk management is mainly applied in bank, insurance company and other financing enterprises. The cultivation of risk management sense and construction of risk management system just begin, let alone the risk management of industry investment fund. As a result, this paper takes the comprehensive risk management of marine economy zone industry investment fund as study object, takes HY recent risk management condition and problems into consideration, intent to build a whole set of comprehensive risk management system fit for marine industry fund.Documents analysis method, case study and questionnaire method are main ways of study. Based on the review of existing literature, relative key concepts are defined and the characteristics of peninsula marine economy zone industry investment fund firstly are summarized firstly. Followed the primary theory, this paper introduces HY and the corporation pattern of marine economy industry investment fund in brief, describes the situation of HY enterprise-level and process-level risk management according to the reality of HY fund. In accordance with eight requirements of COSO ERM, this paper revalued the deficiency of HY, including but not limited to the following problems:1)Governance structure faces some flaws, internal management is not normative;2)Human resources management system is defective, especially in the loss of quality talent people;3)Strategy targets and corporation goals are vague;4)The lack of independence on risk management and risk control;5)Internal communication is blocked and communication channel is in disorder. Last but not least, this paper builds a whole set of comprehensive risk management system fit for HY’s problems and characteristics. Target is the beginning of this system, and there are eight basic rules to obey. After presents the prime risk points and reasons, this paper puts forward risk revaluation and disposal system, laying foundation for the construction of communication channel and supervisory mechanism for HY comprehensive risk management.All in all, this paper enriches the field and content of comprehensive risk management and industry investment fund, providing meaningful and feasible reference for marine economy operation and other industry investment fund management.
