Research On Risk Management Of PPP Industry Investment Fund Of A Group

PPP industrial investment fund to reduce the financing cost for the enterprise to provide a great help,but with tighter financial regulatory policy,in 2017 the state introduced a number of intensive PPP PPP industrial investment fund management policy,state-owned enterprises are facing a very high regulatory requirements,industry investment fund as the main investment projects,will face more risk.Therefore,in the new situation,how to establish effective risk management and control system to face more severe risk factors is becoming an important agenda.The shortcomings of the existing research are as follows:first,the research on the management of the risk of industrial investment fund under the PPP model has not been carried out.Second,under the new supervision situation,the risks of the PPP industry investment fund are insufficient and the cause of the risk factors can not be explained clearly.Third,many of the existing literature for the government and financial institutions industry investment fund of risk management for the company,leading research investment fund PPP industry less ink.Based on the theory of risk management and control,this paper first analyzes the risk factors and causes of PPP industrial investment fund at the strategic level and the actual operation level of investment,financing and exit.Secondly,based on the original risk management and control system of A group,we use the COSO framework to make a comprehensive improvement,so as to establish a risk management mechanism that is in line with the actual situation in the internal environment,risk management process,information communication and supervision evaluation.The main conclusions are as follows:the new regulatory situation,the state-owned enterprises dominated PPP investment fund industry will directly face many risks in front of the industry,have a direct impact on the smooth operation of the industrial investment fund investment risk,so the risk of investment around the PPP unique to establish risk control system is necessary,related factors in the new situation of the risk supervision based on A group investment fund management company,make optimization to improve its risk management system,hoping to increase the ability of risk management of PPP industry investment fund A group...
