The Research Of Lanzhou High-tech Development Zone Mode

High-tech development zones in China are appeared by governments to solve the problems such as less relation between technology and economy and the process from research to manufacturing in a so long term. In fact,it is a complex innovative of fostering and growing high-tech. The creating and developing of high-tech development zones makes crucial roles which are promoting city industrial restructuring industrial R&D-oriented, cities complementary functions expansion of urban space and raising urban economy. National high-tech development zones kept a high speed trend in the past20years. However, the change in the international and domestic situation, the development of high and new technology development zone is facing a new challenge, such as space development, industrial transformation and so on. Aiming at the problems existing in the high-tech zone, this paper takes Lanzhou city as an example, summarizing the model of high-tech zone, and relations about high-tech zone and urban interaction.This article is divided into four parts, the first it summarizes and compares the domestic and international high-tech zone development models. Secondly, it discusses the relationship between the high-tech zone with the urban, this paper expounds the establishment and development of high-tech zone and the promotion of urban function. Third, it researches the history of Lanzhou high-tech zone, analyzing the relationship between lanzhou city and its high-tech zone, then sets and the model of Lanzhou high-tech zone. Finally the paper studies Lanzhou high-tech zone mode, and raises its connotation, target, dynamic mechanism, scope, advantages and disadvantages. It is a theoretical significance for in-depth study of transition of high technology development zone and the city spatial structure combination.
