A Study On Development Strategy Of Lanzhou High-tech Group

As a development and construction type state-owned enterprises of Lanzhou high-tech zone, in the development course of the20th anniversary of the national high-tech zones, plays a huge role in supporting platform and step into a more mature stage. With the development of high-tech zone, and to engage in the high-tech park infrastructure development, construction companies for the construction and real estate development, but the management industry’s sustainable development space is getting smaller and smaller. How to effectively integrate the elements of resource-based park development, construction, operation in high-tech zone, rapid growth of their own strength, to further enhance the service ability, ultimately the formation of the high-tech zone development and construction company virtuous cycle of development, has become important to face the challenges of development and construction of high-tech zone companies.In this paper, research on the development of high-tech zones and high-tech development companies, e.g. Lanzhou High-tech Group Development Strategy as the main line, the use of strategic management theory and analysis methods, analysis PEST model of corporate external environment analysis and evaluation using SWOT model analysis to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise and the core competitiveness lies further propose the development strategy of the High-tech Group.
