With the constant improvement of the market economy and the intensification of competition in the industry environment, human resources as a valuable resource for businesses, which is even more highlighted the importance of human resources management in the enterprises. This thesis targets on Hezheng Company for the study, first, the author collected and sorted out related information from the company reality based on the human resources management theory; then, the author conducted a questionnaire survey analysis and cause analysis; last, the author put forward optimal advice based on cause analysis. The aim of the thesis is to optimize Hezheng Company human resources management system and promote its efficiency and effectiveness.This thesis is divided into six parts:The first part is an introduction; it describes the research background and meaning, research ideas, content and methods.The second part is related theories; it makes theory analysis from five aspects, including: human resources management definition and content, human resources planning and recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation management.The third part is human resources management present situation analysis; it makes an analysis from Hezheng Company profile, human resources management present situation survey analysis.The fourth part is human resources management problems and cause analysis, it finds out existent problems and analyze existent reasons from four aspects, including: human resources planning and recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation management.The fifth part is optimization suggestions; it put forwards targeted optimization recommendations from four aspects, including: human resources planning and recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation management.The sixth part is the conclusion and outlook; it explains the core optimization suggestions and some shortcomings from the main conclusions and research prospects.
